After 20 years you decided to go,
it left me feeling oh so low.

You’ve nurtured and encouraged,
as a result I have flourished.

You’ve supported and mentored,
at times must have felt tortured.

You’ve been a friend as well as a boss,
is it any wonder I feel such loss?

For you though Denise a new adventure await,
I have no doubt that you will do great.

So good luck Denise and I promise you this much,
whatever the future brings – we will never loose touch.

12 and a half years ago we first met; I remember it like yesterday. So much has changed since those early days; you helped me grow in all ways imaginable, professionally and personally. You have been a leader, a mentor, an inspiration and a friend. You even tried to help improve and shorten my writing – but you can’t be successful at everything 🙂

Through GXS, and then OpenText, we’ve had so much fun along the way. Lunches in the Gray Horse “meeting room”, bar tending in Madrid, hunting luggage in Raleigh, too many drinks in Pose, meeting our OpenText team in person in Virginia… So many memories we have shared and I will always treasure.

Thank you does not seem enough, but I say it with heart. I don’t know if you will ever fully understand the impact you have had on my life, and the lives of so many, but we will never forget.
