Hi Denise! I have said this before but let me say it again. I would like to thank you (again) for making me part of this amazing team. It was the most enriching 11 months of my work life. Thank you for your kindness, warmth, clarity and firmness with matters while still making your team felt supported and understood. Thank you for your trust in our abilities and nurturing our strengths. Thank you for making all of us feel that everything we do here in the organization, no matter how big or small is important to you. You are always vocal & generous with your words of encouragement and appreciation. At the same time, you are also open & honest with your constructive criticisms on how we can do things better. You always have our team’s back and we truly appreciate having a leader like you that kept all of us tight-knit as a group. You are an epitome of a great leader and it was quite inspiring and empowering to be a witness of that. You have made such an impact in my life that I felt equipped and courageous to face whatever is ahead of me. I’m sure wherever you are going, you continue to be a blessing to everyone you meet/work with. Your new company/team is very blest to have you! Rest assured that we are going to hold the fort for Digital Marketing (to the best of our abilities) well and steady! Remember that you are deeply loved and cared for by our team.
