Strong leadership has always been a key cornerstone of what I value most in a job. When I was trying to decide whether or not to join OpenText, it was your leadership that drove me to make the decision to take the role. I have been in awe of your leadership, ability to handle any challenge with grace and grit, and your compassion through it all, ever since.  I am so grateful that I got to work with you, and even more so for the fact that I can now call you my friend. Thank You for all of the chats, laughs and moments of finishing each other’s sentences. Thank You for always leading by example, guiding with compassion, protecting us from more things than we can imagine and doing it all with unparalleled grace and grit. Thank you for being the leader that I can be proud to work with and for being the woman that I will always be proud to call my mentor.
